TERMS & CONDITIONS

Balloons (with the exception of latex helium) are made up 24 hours in advance to ensure there are no manufacturing issues. Once balloons have been collected/delivered the customer is responsible for the care of their displays (please see my caring for your balloons pinned to the top of my Facebook page).

A non refundable deposit will be taken on booking with the remaining balance to be paid 48 hours before delivery/collection (this now applies to all orders placed with Baxter’s Balloons). The deposit is non refundable as I use it to order in and cover some of the cost of the supplies required to make your order.

Your booking will not be secured until a deposit is paid. If a deposit has not been paid within 48 hours after booking I will assume you no longer wish to continue with your booking and your date will be opened up and offered to other customers.

Terms and Conditions for Hire Items & Props

1. Rental Agreement

By hiring items from Baxter’s Balloons the renter agrees to the following terms and conditions. These terms are binding upon payment and/or receipt of rental items.

2. Rental Period

The standard rental period is 24 hours unless otherwise agreed. Items must be returned or available for pickup at the agreed-upon time. Late returns may incur additional fees.

3.Damages and Loss

The renter is responsible for the care of all hire items from the time of delivery until collection. Any lost, broken, stained, or damaged items will be billed to the renter.

4.Care and Use

Hire items are for decorative use only and should be handled with care. Items should not be exposed to water, fire, or hazardous conditions unless explicitly stated as safe for such use.

5.Cleaning

Items must be returned in the same condition they were received. A cleaning fee may be charged if items are returned excessively dirty or with stains.

6.Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations made prior to 48 hours of event will receive a refund of all payments made to Baxter’s Balloons minus the non-refundable deposit paid on booking. Cancellations made within 48 hours of the event may forfeit part or all of the hire fee at the company’s discretion.

7.Liability

Baxter’s Balloons is not liable for any injuries, accidents, or damages caused by misuse of hire items and displays. The renter assumes all responsibility for the use and safety of rental props.

8.Ownership

All hire items remain the property of Baxter’s Balloons at all times.

9.Agreement

By submitting payment or accepting delivery, the renter acknowledges and agrees to these terms and conditions.
